"Probably the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They put a claim that I was in an accident and did not tell me until 2 years later when I went to get a quote from a different insurance company because my rates went up. When I called they denied ever doing it. Also my family and I had to call numerous times to get correct payment info for each separate cars because they kept putting different people names on different cars. And after all of that we went in to combine our home owners insurance with our auto they said that everything looked good and would be set up right away, the next day we get a letter in the mail saying that the insurance is completely dropping us. After a whole year of figuring all of this out we have to find new insurance with a reported accident that never happened on our insurance score."
